Due to the different types of packaging, equipment and demands, we offer lines of printing inks with differing characteristics according to each requirement.
Our printing ink lines are identifled by the first two digits of the printing ink reference, as Is shown below:

Rotative Heat Set - Used in rotative machines with furnace. Intended for coated and non-coated paper. It possesses high gloss, excellent machinability and is quick drying.

Coated - Developed for flat offset presses. It is applicable on coated and non-coated packaging, has high gloss, is quick drying and highly resistant to wear. It has the additional characteristic of not drying on the rollers during periods of up to 24 hours.
Concentrated - This possesses the same characteristics as Line 16 Coated, but with a higher concentration of pigments.
Westerprint CF - A printing ink developed for quicker drying through application of the concepts of minimal water absorption, which endows it with high gloss, good point definition and good drying.

Excel 2001 - The very latest printing ink, developed by applying the concept of minimum water absorption wich gives the ink high gloss, good point definition and good drying.

Rotative FC - Recommended for the printing of continuous forms on rotary presses.

Waterless - Recommended for presses that use the offset system without the presence of water.

Bicromox - Recommended for safety printed matter with a reaction to chlorine and solvents.

Cromocheque - Also recommended for safety printed matter with a reaction to solvents. There is no need to use the nyloprint plate.

Multisafety - Recommended for safety printed matter with a strong reaction to solvents. No need for the nyloprint plate.

Transferink - Recommended for printing on used paper in the thermal transference (sublimation) of printing ink to synthetic fibers.

Rotative Cold - Recommended for printing on non-coated paper, especially newspaper, for cold rotary offset printing presses, including newspaper.

Millennium - Offset printing ink developed for application needing high gloss and quick drying. Recommended for 4/4 presses.

Typographic printing inks for manual and automatic machines.

Printing inks developed for flat presses in the making of packaging for foodstuffs and toys. It obeys the international standards of heavy metal control. It has low residual odor, according to Norm FN 71-3/ABNT 2052.

Tinplate - Recommended for printing on tinplate. A final application of varnish is required. ALIBRINQ TINPLATE printing inks are also included in this line.

Polytinplate - Also recommended for printing on tinplate, for jobs that require quicker drying and higher resistance to wear. A final coat of varnish is also required.

INX - Recommended for printing on two-piece aluminum cans. A final varnish is required.

Novar - Recommended for printing on two-piece tinplate (steel + tin). The printing is carried out on a base coat and no final varnish is required.

Aquaflex - Recommended for printing on macroporous packaging such as cardboard boxes, mulitlayered bags and promotional bags. Recommended for low to medium speed presses. Affording excellent transference. Reasonable resistance to wear is conferred to the substrate. These are flexographic water-based printing inks with low levels of heavy metals.

Aquafix - Also recommended for printing on corrugated cardboard boxes and macroporous packaging in general, for jobs that require greater resistance to abrasion. These are also flexographic water-based inks with low levels of heavy metals. Recommended for medium to high speed presses.

Aquamax - Flexographic water-based printing inks recommended for printing on microporous packaging.

Frigorfix - Recommended for printing jobs that require good light and water-bleeding resistance. They show excellent resistance to the low temperatures of refrigeration units and the high temperatures of drying ovens. Printing inks with low levels of heavy metals.

Rotopel - IRecommended for printing on paper and card. Liquid nitrocellulose-based printing inks used in rotographic printing systems, with low levels of heavy metals.
