The printing inks produced by CROMOScome ready for use. Small adjustments may be necessary due to adaptation to packaging, equipment, printing demands and environmental conditions.
In accordance with each case and need, we recommend the following additives, while alerting that any excess may cause problems in glazing, drying, fixing and a rejection of varnishes and plastification.

Speeds up the final drying of the ink film. Use up to 2%.

Improves slip. Use up to 5%.

Reduces viscosity and rigidity. Improves transference. Used to excess, delays drying. Use up to 3%.

Reduces viscosity, improves penetration into the packaging and initial setting. Use up to 5%.

Increases tack and viscosity. Used in fluid inks to reduce glazing. Use up to 10%.

Reduces tack without reducing viscosity. Use up to 5%.
N.B.: To reduce tack and viscosity, use Anti-stick Paste - 16A3320, up to 5%.

Delays the drying and oxidation of inks in the inkholder and on the rollers. Used in press stoppages on drying lines.

Cleans printing rollers efficiently, removing all residues of printing ink and improving its distribution and transference. Use in washing from one color to another, thus decreasing the number of washings required.

Efficiently cleans the printing rollers, blanket cleaner and plates instead of gasoline or kerosene.
